Frequently Asked Questions
What Sizes Do You Carry?
As of right now, Kelle’sFinery carries sizes XS to XL. In the future, we look to expand these sizes all the way to 6X.
What If My Garment Doesn’t Fit?
Due to the nature of the garment and for sanitary purposes, we have a no-return policy unless the item is unopened and in the original packaging. Sizing charts are available for the customer's convenience. Should you have further questions about a specific size, please reach out before placing your order. This way, we can ensure the best fit possible.
What Is Your Return Policy?
All Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received in their original packaging, with attached tags, and in proper condition. Any items that appear used, worn, damaged, and/or missing the original packaging may be refused by Kelle’sFinery. Due to health regulations and concerns, all sales are final unless you can provide proof that the item packaging is unopened and not tampered with.
If you return an item that we deem as non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
If item has not arrived and states “delivered” by mail carrier, please contact your local post office or mail carrier office with tracking number first. Kelle’sFinery is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
What Is Your Turnaround Time?
There is a 3-5 business day processing time from place of order. Shipping can take take up to a week depending on USPS shipping times. During the holiday season expect shipping delays due to the high volume of ordering.
